Set-up Fees
For a one-time setup fee of $500.00, you receive access to both our dial-up and DSL solutions. There are no other costs for our wholesale DSL solution except those charges based on what your customers purchase.
The DSL Products
We strive to provide an effective price point for all the wholesale dial-up/DSL product categories, but because this is a dedicated business solution at this time, prices are reflective of it. One cost, the CPE (Customer Premise Equipment, or in other words the DSL router), is a fixed rate for us, as we pass it through to the affiliate/end customer.
Variations in product and pricing are due to location of service or the DSL provider. All services listed are dedicated SDSL unless otherwise noted.
Hardware & Installation
Hardware and installation fees vary, based on one's equipment and location.
Hardware cost is for the CPE, which must be purchased from the DSL provider. CPE purchase from the DSL provider is a requirement for DSL service. We suggest to our affiliates that they include the price as part of their installation fee(s), instead of as a separate product listing. Street price for these units is normally about $550. ZipLink charges you much less!

Supplementary Fee Information
If a requirement for inside wiring exists, a fee may be charged.
In the case of an end customer failing to keep an installation appointment, ZipLink may charge a fee to recover any costs associated with this.
Termination of service after acceptance but prior to the scheduled activation date incurs a $350.00 cancellation fee.
